How To Make Caramel Corn?

200 g of corn kernels

2 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil

80 g of fine sugar

30 g of salted butter


1: Pour the oil into a saucepan and add the corn kernels. Cover, shake the pan once or twice during cooking, and stop as soon as all the grains have burst. With a glass cover, you will be able to better monitor the “hatching” and also have an ear to listen to the end of the “pops”! Pour the popcorn into a bowl.

2: Pour the diced sugar and butter in a pan, heat over medium heat. Stir to distribute the sugar evenly and let it melt. Mix 2 or 3 times.
